5. Media, Broadcasts, Interviews & Scheduling

For any media, broadcast, or recorded experience:

Sessions generally run 60–90 minutes
You are expected to arrive prepared and distraction-free
Stable internet, quiet environment, and readiness are required
Animals, background noise, and interruptions must be managed in advance

You may reschedule up to three times with at least 72 hours’ notice, except in emergencies that could not reasonably be predicted.

If technical issues occur on our end or due to external factors, we reserve the right to reschedule to protect quality.

6. Release Timing & Platform Flow

Participation does not guarantee immediate release or publication.

Content may be released:

Months later

Participants are typically notified in advance when their release window approaches.

7. Payments, Refunds & Fairness

By completing checkout, booking an interview, or participating in any aspect of the RDDC Authority Spotlight Broadcast Experience™, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms:

All purchases, booking fees, interview fees, upgrades, and media packages are non-refundable.
Once a participant secures a broadcast slot, that space is removed from circulation and cannot be resold or replaced.

Reschedules are permitted up to two (2) times.
Excessive rescheduling may result in removal from the lineup at RDDC’s discretion.

All interviews, audio, video, written materials, and related media may be:

published
repurposed

across RDDC Media platforms, including:

social media distribution
promotional materials

public media assets
future broadcasts + rebroadcasts

Participants grant permanent, worldwide, royalty-free usage rights.

3️⃣ BROADCAST IDENTIFIERS & MEDIA CREDIT

affiliated + partner networks

Crediting will be correct, respectful, and professional.

4️⃣ PRIVACY PROTECTION — OPTIONAL PSEUDONYM USE

Participants may request to appear using a pseudonym (alias).
RDDC will protect the identity of pseudonym-based guests and will not reveal personal identifying information.

If a participant elects anonymity, they agree the content may still be broadcast publicly under their chosen name.

5️⃣ QUALITY + AUDIO/VISUAL DISCLAIMER

RDDC will ensure professional editing standards; however:

background noise
lighting quality
webcam quality
internet drop
mic distortion
recording interference

cannot be guaranteed or controlled by RDDC.

If quality issues arise, RDDC may — at its discretion — re-record a segment or offer a brief follow-up recording session.

6️⃣ VACATION VOUCHERS + INCENTIVES

Some packages include travel incentive offerings such as:

RDDC logos, concepts, branding, systems, tools, names, and language — including:

TERMS OF SERVICE — PARTICIPATION & PLACEMENT

Nature of the Experience

The RDDC Authority Spotlight Broadcast Experience is a curated broadcast media experience designed for intentional authority positioning and long-term visibility.

This experience is not a guarantee of revenue, audience size, media reach, business growth, or financial outcomes. Results vary based on individual preparation, participation, and post-release engagement.

Selective Participation & Placement

Participation in the Authority Spotlight Broadcast Experience is selective and subject to review.

Each accepted participant occupies a finite broadcast placement. Once a placement is confirmed, that position is no longer available to other applicants.

Payment, Refunds & Integrity Window

A 72-hour integrity window is provided following payment.

Refund requests submitted within this 72-hour window will be honored.

After the 72-hour period, all payments are non-refundable due to placement, preparation, and scheduling commitments.

Acceptance into the experience constitutes acknowledgment that placement impacts availability for others.

Split Payments & Non-Completion

Split payment options may be offered for the core Authority Spotlight Broadcast Experience at RDDC’s discretion.

If a split payment plan is selected and subsequent payments are not completed within the agreed timeframe:

Placement may be paused or released.

Previously submitted payments are not refundable.

Participation may resume once the account is brought current, subject to availability.

Founder Stewardship access requires payment in full and is not eligible for split payment arrangements.

Scheduling & Timeframe

Participants have up to 12 months from payment to complete their Authority Spotlight Broadcast Experience.

In exceptional circumstances, extensions of up to 15 months may be granted at RDDC’s discretion.

Interviews typically range from 60 to 90 minutes.

Rescheduling Policy

Participants may reschedule up to three (3) times with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.

Emergency situations that could not reasonably be anticipated will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session.

Technical & Operational Considerations

RDDC reserves the right to reschedule interviews due to technical issues, platform disruptions, or unforeseen operational circumstances. Participants will be notified promptly and rescheduled accordingly.

Release Timing & Editorial Integrity

Interview release timing is determined by editorial sequencing, platform integrity, and preparation standards.

Immediate release is not guaranteed.

Participants will receive advance notice prior to their scheduled release.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

Arrive prepared and on time.

Ensure a distraction-free environment (including noise, interruptions, and device usage).

Participate respectfully and professionally.

Engage in reasonable preparation as outlined in the Spotlight Flow Formula.

This experience requires active participation and is not a passive service.

No Guarantee Clause

RDDC makes no guarantees regarding media reach, monetization, audience growth, partnerships, or visibility outcomes.

The Authority Spotlight Broadcast Experience is an opportunity for intentional positioning — outcomes depend on participant action beyond the broadcast itself.

Governing Integrity

RDDC operates on principles of fairness, preparation, and stewardship.
All policies are designed to protect platform integrity, participant experience, and equitable access.

MASTERMIND ACCESS + TERMS OF SERVICE

By securing a mastermind placement, participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Reserved Spots + No Refunds

Mastermind placements are extremely limited and are reserved specifically for the individual purchaser.
Due to the exclusive and high-level nature of this container, all sales are final.

Once a placement is secured, no refunds, transfers, exchanges, or credits will be provided, regardless of circumstance.

Activation Window

Mastermind access may begin any time within 24 months from purchase date, as long as the mastermind remains active.

If access is not activated within 24 months, access expires without refund.

1. Voluntary Participation & Creative Ownership

By submitting your story, voice recording, video, or written piece to Story 2 Blessings™—an initiative under The Real Double Dose Channel (RDDC), Flip Da Switch™ Syndication, Lex-Affect Coaching™, Spirit & Mind Elevation™, or any associated syndicate—you confirm that your participation is entirely voluntary and self-initiated.

You retain creative ownership of your story while granting RDDC and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to edit, reproduce, broadcast, and distribute your submission across any platform (audio, video, print, or digital) for the purpose of inspiration, education, and empowerment.

2. Privacy & Use of Poseidons / Pseudonyms

You may choose to use a Poseidon (pseudonym) to protect your privacy. We honor that choice within the limits of what you provide. However, you are fully responsible for the content you share and any identifying information contained within your submission.

RDDC, Flip Da Switch™, and all connected entities cannot be held responsible for unintended disclosures or personal interpretations that arise once your story is shared publicly or privately through our channels.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While Story 2 Blessings™ provides a platform to inspire, heal, and empower, we do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or responses to your story. Audience interpretations, emotional responses, or life impacts are personal to each individual and beyond our control.

4. Production & Distribution

RDDC and its affiliates are not liable for any production quality or post-production outcomes unless otherwise defined in a signed agreement. Participants are responsible for submitting clear, audible, and properly formatted files.

Once your submission has been reviewed, approved, and marked production-ready (audio or video), distribution will occur within 30 days or less. At that time, the corresponding participant reward or package benefit will be processed as outlined in your selection tier.

5. Rewards, Vouchers, & Third-Party Partnerships

Rewards (including Travel With Blessings™ vouchers, merchandise, or other perks) are provided through third-party partnerships. We do not control the availability, limitations, or substitutions of these external offers.

RDDC, Flip Da Switch™, and Lex-Affect Coaching™ are not liable for partner restrictions, expirations, or modifications. However, we will always strive to accommodate participants with equivalent or upgraded alternatives when possible and communicate upcoming offers, merchandise drops, or giveaways.

6. Liability & Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge that all shared content is at your own discretion and responsibility. You understand that your participation, story, or message may evoke public interest or commentary, for which RDDC and its affiliates assume no liability.

This includes, but is not limited to, emotional, financial, or reputational outcomes, or any claims arising from your voluntary submission.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time and without prior notice. Continued participation implies full acceptance of any changes. It is your responsibility to review this section periodically for updates.

Results Disclaimer: Participant acknowledges that results are not guaranteed and are based on individual effort, commitment, and willingness to implement the tools and techniques provided in the Program.
Tools, Resources, and Support: Lex-Affect agrees to provide Participant with tools, resources, and support necessary for their transformation and personal growth throughout the Program.

This nondisclosure agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between RDDC, FDS, and S&M Elevation, collectively (“Disclosing Parties”) if applicable for elevation purposes only.

WHEREAS the Disclosing Parties possess confidential and/or proprietary information related to their businesses.

NOW, THEREFORE, Anyone agrees as follows:

Confidential Information

For the purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” shall mean any and all information disclosed by the Disclosing Parties to the Recipient, whether in writing, orally, or by any other means, that is marked as confidential or that the Recipient knows or reasonably should know is confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information.

Use and Sharing of Confidential Information

The Recipient agrees that it will use the Confidential Information only for the purposes of evaluating a potential transaction or business relationship with the Disclosing Parties and will not use the Confidential Information for any other purpose.

The Recipient also agrees that it will not disclose the Confidential Information to any third party unless such disclosure is required by law or court order, and in such case, the Recipient shall give the Disclosing Parties prompt written notice of such requirement in order to enable the Disclosing Parties to seek an appropriate protective order prior to any disclosure.

Ownership of Confidential Information
